(OK, it’s crochet, actually, but I couldn’t think of a good pun using “crochet” – sorry).
Last year in this space, we brought you information about a lecture hosted by the Institute for Figuring, Crocheting the Hyperbolic Plane. A year later, NPR decided to cover the story: Mathematicians Get Crafty with Geometry.
I know–it’s SO yesterday–but the radio interview is charming nonetheless.
